For this project, Wentworth House Partnership designed temporary sheet pile cofferdams and carried out value engineering Finite Element analysis of permanent sheet pile wall tied back to concrete bearing piles.
We also performed permanent condition settlement analysis using 3D Finite Element analysis and nonlinear soil models for a piled raft/group (6nr to 62nr piles).
In addition to this, we provided value engineering calculation of ultimate capacity prediction for pile group, including pile cap bearing contribution.
The final part to our involvement was to design gravity trestle foundations to allow roof truss installation.
